Pool Rules

Access conditions::

• Access reserved for members with current dues and their direct descendants, over 14 years old.
• Conditional access to guests (maximum 2/day), over 14 years old and provided they are accompanied by an adult member.
• The pool is prohibited to minors under 14 years old, not accompanied by a family member in the capacity of adult member, or by a monitor expressly designated by the Club for this purpose.
• User members aged between 14 and 17 must present an express and written authorization from their parents, when not accompanied by an adult family member as a member with full powers.
• Prior to entering the pool area, it is mandatory for the member to fill in the daily attendance record sheet, identifying his name and member number.
• The names of the member's direct family members, or of his 2 guests, will also have to be registered by the member, on the daily record sheet. (Covid-19)
• It is mandatory to present the Membership card to the Club employee who controls access or presence in the pool area.
• The user and/or his/her legal representative, in the case of minors, is fully responsible for the damage caused to himself or to third parties.
• The Estoril Tennis Club is not responsible for the loss of personal objects or any other type of valuables.
• The Estoril Tennis Club rejects any and all responsibility for the consequences that may arise from a bad or irresponsible use of the pool, or from non-compliance with the rules of use, by the users of the pool.
• Clube de Ténis do Estoril will not be liable for any property and/or non-property damage, whatever the situation.

• Public outdoor swimming pool, without surveillance and with restricted access;
• Leisure and fun tank
• Max depth: 1.5m
• Maximum capacity: 96 users
• Maximum capacity inside the pool/water: 32 users (Covid-19)

Schedule

• Operating hours from 9am to 8pm.
• The Management reserves the right to change or condition the use and schedule, upon prior notice.
• The Management reserves the right to close the pool, upon prior notice.

 

Regras Utilização:

• Aplicam-se a todo o tipo de utilizadores, sócios e convidados, maiores e menores de idade;
• É obrigatório o uso de fato de banho ou de bikini completo;
• A troca de roupa ou de fato de banho, deve ser efetuada nos balneários da piscina.
• É obrigatório o uso de máscara, na utilização dos balneários e sanitários (Covid-19);
• É obrigatório o distanciamento social de 2m entre pessoas de agregado familiar distinto (Covid-19);
• É obrigatória a higienização das mãos sempre que se entra no recinto da piscina (Covid-19);
• A permanência em fato de banho e/ou em tronco nu, só é permitida dentro do recinto da piscina;
• Não é permitido o uso de óleos corporais, ou de outros produtos gordurosos que passem facilmente para a água;
• É obrigatório tomar duche nos chuveiros do recinto da piscina, antes da entrada na água;
• Os menores de 14 anos não podem ser deixados sozinhos, pelos seus pais ou seus representantes legais, no recinto da piscina;
• As crianças têm de ser permanentemente vigiadas pelos seus pais ou representantes legais, e as suas atividades supervisionadas;
• No recinto da piscina é proibido:
  • Entrar com roupa ou calçado da rua (equipamento de ténis)
  • Correr
  • Saltar ou mergulhar para a água
  • Empurrar outros utentes para dentro de água;
  • Utilizar equipamentos lúdicos e/ou de uso coletivo (boias, colchões e outros);
  • Jogos de bola;
  • Difundir música particular, ou outro tipo de difusão sonora;
  • Utilizar recipientes de vidro e/ou cortantes;
  • Comer;
  • Fumar;
  • Fotografar ou filmar sem autorização prévia da Direção;
  • Utilizar a piscina fora do seu horário de funcionamento;
• Por questões de segurança e higiene só se poderá comer na zona de esplanada, ou na zona do pátio localizado ao lado dos balneários.
• Não são autorizadas comemorações festivas particulares, no recinto da piscina.
• Para conforto de todos os utentes, recomenda-se restringir a utilização e o som do telemóvel.

Recommendations:

• Access to water must be via stairs;
• Use bathing slippers in the area surrounding the pool and accesses;
• Use swimming goggles (Covid -19);
• Do not change the location of chairs/sun loungers (Covid -19);
• Do not share objects (Covid-19);
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure;
• Avoid noisy activities, or others that in any other way may disturb other users;
• Respect the rules of good conduct and politeness;
